We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager for our Home Loans division in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of home loans, loan against property, and mortgage products while managing a team of sales professionals. This role requires a solid understanding of housing finance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve branch sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote home loans and related products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in housing finance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.




- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in home loans, mortgage loans, or housing finance.
