Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Manage and process transactions related to mutual funds and other financial products.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational workflows and improve customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members on operational procedures and best practices.




- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to branch operations.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required for management review.
