As Arundhati Jewellers continues to expand its retail presence across Odisha, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our jewellery showroom operations and drive business growth.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Manage overall showroom operations and ensure operational excellence.
? Drive sales growth, profitability and achievement of business targets.
? Lead, motivate and develop the showroom sales team.
? Manage jewellery inventory, stock verification and reconciliation.
? Ensure excellent customer service and long-term customer relationships.
? Monitor daily sales performance, business reports and team productivity.
? Ensure proper cash handling, billing, security and compliance procedures.
? Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising and operational discipline.
? CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Jewellery Retail Industry.
✔ Proven experience in showroom / branch management.
✔ Strong knowledge of gold, diamond and silver jewellery.
✔ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
✔ Strong sales, business development and customer relationship abilities.
✔ Good understanding of inventory management and showroom operations.
✔ Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
