Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Jodhpur & all Rajasthan .The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including loan origination, customer service, documentation, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves driving business growth in rural, housing, two-wheeler, personal, and SME loan products, setting and monitoring sales targets, and supporting the team in achieving branch performance objectives.

Manager will lead and develop branch staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure effective training, coaching, and motivation.



The role also includes managing risk and collections, maintaining strong customer relationships, and representing L&T; Finance in the local market to build brand presence and trust.

Qualifications

- Strong branch operations and process management skills, including experience with loan documentation, compliance, and risk controls.
- Proven sales and business development capabilities, particularly in retail lending products such as rural, housing, two-wheeler, personal, or SME loans.
- Team leadership and people management skills, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Customer relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customer segments and local stakeholders.
- Analytical and numerical skills for portfolio monitoring, MIS review, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
- Prior experience in NBFCs, banking, or financial services in a branch leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of local market dynamics in and around Jodhpur and familiarity with rural and semi-urban customer profiles.
- Comfort with technology and core banking or loan management systems, and proficiency in standard office productivity tools.
