Role: Branch Manager

Location: Kollam

Role Overview The Branch Manager oversees daily operations, driving business growth, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality training and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations

- Assist in managing day-to-day branch activities
- Ensure smooth functioning of training programs and schedules
- Maintain infrastructure, facilities, and learning setting

2. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve admission and revenue targets
- Handle student inquiries and convert leads into enrollments
- Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and partners
- Support marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional events

3. Team Management

- Supervise faculty and administrative staff
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

4. Student Support & Quality Assurance

- Ensure high-quality training delivery
- Handle student feedback and resolve complaints
- Monitor student progress and placement support activities

5. Reporting & Administration





- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Maintain records of admissions, fees, and expenses
- Support compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in education, training, or sales operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of technical training domains is an advantage
