Job Overview:

The Branch Manager – Gold Loan is responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and overseeing gold loan portfolios. The role involves achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining asset quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive gold loan disbursement targets and revenue growth
- Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Ensure proper valuation and safe custody of gold assets
- Supervise loan processing, documentation, and compliance
- Handle delinquency management and ensure timely loan recovery
- Train, guide, and motivate branch staff and sales teams
- Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management
- Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to company policies
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
