Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Mumbai. The Branch Manager managing sales activities, supervising

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising, coaching, and developing branch or sales teams.
- Proficiency in sales and business development, including target setting, pipeline management, and relationship-building with customers and intermediaries.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare domains is highly beneficial, especially in health insurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications (MBA or equivalent) are an added advantage.
