Job Title: Gold Loan Branch Manager / Branch In-Charge

We are looking for a smart, energetic, trustworthy, and outgoing individual to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our Gold Loan Branch.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and sociable personality, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the gold loan branch.
- Receive, weigh, and verify gold ornaments in accordance with company guidelines.
- Handle gold loan documentation, customer KYC, and record maintenance.
- Process gold loan applications and disburse cash as per company policies and approved limits.
- Collect interest payments, maintain payment records, and follow up with customers on dues.
- Handle daily cash transactions, cash balancing, and branch accounts.
- Ensure the safe custody of pledged gold, cash, and important documents.
- Maintain accurate records using basic computer applications and company software.
- Develop good relationships with existing customers and attract new customers through networking and referrals.




- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Language: Must be fluent in Malayalam and able to read and write English.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, data entry, MS Office, and email.
- Personality: Extroverted, friendly, confident, approachable, and socially active.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Numerical Skills: Comfortable with basic calculations, cash handling, and weighing gold.
- Integrity: Honest, responsible, reliable, and capable of handling cash and valuable assets.
- Education: Minimum Plus Two (12th Pass); graduates preferred.

Preferred Candidate We are particularly interested in a socially active, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly person who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and taking responsibility for managing a branch.

The candidate should be capable of working independently, maintaining discipline in financial transactions, and contributing to the growth of the branch.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
