About the Role

As a Branch Business Head, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and business development, drive team productivity, and take ownership of achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the branch sales team to achieve and exceed business targets while meeting individual sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of branch quality, portfolio quality, and process compliance.




- Drive branch productivity, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
- Ensure team accountability, target achievement, and execution excellence.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team to drive productivity, profitability, and sustainable business growth.

Experience: 2+ years preferably in Mortgage (Affordable LAP and Affordable Home Loan) and Team Handling

Education: Any Graduate

Location: Davangere, Tiptur & Doddaballapura, Karnataka
