1. Branch Operations Management

- Responsible for overall day-to-day operations of the preschool branch.
- Ensure opening and closing of centre on time as per schedule.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety and security of children at all times.
- Maintain infrastructure, toys, teaching aids and property in valuable condition.
- Manage housekeeping and support staff.

1. Admissions & Revenue

- Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets.
- Attend all enquiries - walk-in, phone and online.
- Conduct effective school tour and parent counselling.
- Regular follow-up with prospective parents for conversion.
- Plan and execute marketing activities in nearby areas.

1. Academic Excellence

- Ensure implementation of Williez curriculum and daily planners.
- Observe classes regularly and provide feedback to teachers.
- Ensure all teaching materials and resources are available in class.
- Plan for events, celebrations, field trips and special days.

1. Team Management

- Lead, motivate and manage team of teachers and maids.




- Allocate duties and prepare daily and weekly rosters.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and briefings.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with HO for training.
- Maintain staff discipline and professionalism.

1. Parent Relationship Management

- Build positive and long-term relationship with parents.
- Address parent queries, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct Parent Teacher Meetings and orientations.
- Ensure regular parent communication via WhatsApp groups and circulars.

1. Administration & Compliance

- Maintain all student records, staff records, attendance and fee records.
- Ensure timely fee collection and follow-up for pending fees.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with all company SOPs, policies and safety guidelines.
- Handle petty cash and branch accounts as per policy.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
