Role Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled professional with 5–7 years of experience in BlueYonder Monitoring Services to ensure optimal system performance, availability, and reliability

. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end monitoring, alert management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of BlueYonder systems.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage BlueYonder systems to ensure continuous availability and optimal performance.

Analyze system alerts and logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Configure and optimize monitoring tools specific to BlueYonder environments.

Oversee end-to-end monitoring of BlueYonder services and infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve system alerts and incidents efficiently.

Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.

Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and automated alerting mechanisms.

Participate in incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.





Collaborate with development and operations teams to support deployments, maintenance, and monitoring improvements.

Maintain documentation related to monitoring processes and system configurations.

Ensure compliance with organizational monitoring standards and best practices.

Prepare timely reports on system health and performance metrics for stakeholders.

Train and mentor junior team members on monitoring tools and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BlueYonder Monitoring Services.

Hands-on experience in system monitoring, alert management, and log analysis.

Robust troubleshooting and incident resolution capabilities.

Understanding of system availability, performance monitoring, and health checks.

Experience configuring monitoring tools, dashboards, and automated alerts.

Knowledge of incident management and Root Cause Analysis.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional development and operations teams.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
