Role & responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the establishment and day-to-day operations of the BioBank.

Develop and maintain SOPs, protocols, and quality standards.

Manage clinical sample collection, processing, storage, and retrieval.

Ensure sample integrity, data security, and regulatory compliance.

Train and supervise laboratory support staff.

Coordinate with clinicians and researchers for team-oriented studies.

Support research initiatives.
