Job Overview

We are looking for experienced BIM Mechanical and Electrical Modelers with a minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and a strong background in Data Center projects. Candidates should have hands-on experience in Revit and the ability to develop accurate, coordinated BIM models and construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical BIM Modeler:

- Develop 3D BIM models for HVAC and mechanical systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Work on HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, plumbing, and mechanical equipment layouts.
- Prepare shop drawings, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts.
- Coordinate mechanical models with electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines.
- Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
- Work on Data Center mechanical systems and associated layouts.





Electrical BIM Modeler:

- Develop electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Work on lighting layouts, power layouts, cable trays, cable routing, and electrical containment.
- Prepare electrical shop drawings, sections, and detailed layouts.
- Coordinate electrical models with mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines.
- Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
- Work on Data Center electrical systems and associated layouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM Modeling.
- Data Center project experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
- Understanding of MEP systems, layouts, and construction drawings.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience working on international Data Center projects will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of BIM standards and MEP coordination.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Immediate joiners or 15 days are preferred.
