UCC Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join our team at Uran, Navi Mumbai.
? Location: Uran, Navi Mumbai
? Position: Billing Engineer – Civil
? Experience: 5–7 Years
⚡ Joining: Immediate / Short Notice
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process client RA bills and final bills as per contractual terms.
- Verify executed quantities through site measurements and technical drawings.
- Review and validate subcontractor bills against actual work completed.
- Conduct material reconciliation and quantity verification.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra items and deviations.
- Ensure billing accuracy as per BOQ, DSR and agreed contract rates.
- Maintain billing records, work orders, payment documentation and cost reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, consultants, clients and accounts for timely bill approvals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction billing / quantity surveying.
- Robust understanding of civil construction practices and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform quantity calculations.
- Sound knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, rate analysis and subcontractor billing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
