Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with a strong background in residential high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, contractor billing, and cost monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
- Handle measurements, rate analysis, and quantity reconciliation.
- Verify contractor bills against actual site measurements and BOQ.
- Coordinate with project execution and planning teams for billing requirements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.




- Prepare billing statements, MIS reports, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of bills.
- Handle reconciliation of materials and quantities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, rate analysis, and quantity estimation.
- Experience in residential high-rise building projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of billing procedures, contractual terms, and cost control.
- Solid analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
