We are looking for a Billing and Revenue Operations Specialist to own the operational side of customer billing, collections and commercial reporting for our enterprise accounts.

What you will do

- Set up new customers and sub-accounts correctly — billing entity, contacts, PO, pricing, payment terms — and keep records current as agreements change.
- Prepare, validate and issue monthly invoices by the third working day, reconciling usage against contracted rates, recurring fees and PO allocations.
- Investigate missing charges, unusual usage and pricing discrepancies with Finance and the technical team, and process approved credit notes and adjustments.
- Own accounts receivable end to end: call and email overdue customers, reach the people who actually authorise payment, secure a specific amount and date, and follow up until funds are received and allocated.




- Produce weekly ageing reports and escalate credit risk, disputes and unresponsive accounts to Sales and Finance.
- Handle customer queries on invoices, usage and our enterprise portal (GEM), through to closure.
- Produce monthly revenue and customer activity reports, and flag declining usage, dormant accounts and growth signals to account owners.
- Maintain the contract and PO repository, and alert owners ahead of renewals, notice periods and PO expiry.

What we are looking for

- 3–7 years in sales operations, commercial operations, customer billing or accounts receivable.
- Proven experience collecting overdue payments by telephone — not only email reminders or dunning reports.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets: lookups, pivots, reconciliation of large usage datasets.
- Solid grasp of invoicing, POs, payment terms, credit notes and receivables ageing.
- Fluent, confident written and spoken English; comfortable holding a firm conversation about money.
- Accurate, organised, and able to hit the same deadlines every month.

Good to have: telecom, connectivity, SaaS or other usage-based billing; international customers and multiple currencies; contract administration.
