Hiring: Customer Care Executive - International Voice Process (US Legal Intake)

We are looking for a motivated, empathetic, and results-oriented Customer Care Executive to support a US-based law firm. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and is responsible for guiding them through the client intake process while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.

Conduct initial information gathering and case screening using approved intake procedures and scripts.

Explain the client intake process clearly and professionally.

Schedule consultations with attorneys and legal representatives.

Maintain accurate records, client information, and call notes within CRM systems.

Follow up with prospective clients regarding consultations and required documentation.

Provide compassionate support while handling sensitive and confidential matters.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele-sales, Lead Generation, Collections, Customer Service, or an International Voice Process.





Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.

Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms and communication tools.

Willingness to work fixed night shifts aligned to US business hours.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with US customers.

Appointment-setting and lead-conversion experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Legal intake or law firm support experience is an advantage but not required.
