Bench Sales Recruiter & Technical Recruiter – US IT Staffing

Job Summary

TMT IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and energetic Bench Sales Recruiter & Technical Recruiter to support our growing US IT Staffing business. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical recruitment, candidate screening, and bench sales marketing. This role involves sourcing IT professionals, performing technical evaluations, marketing bench consultants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong vendor relationships across the USA market.

The candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI-driven tools and modern recruitment technologies to perform responsibilities efficiently and in a quick-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals for contract and full-time opportunities across multiple technologies.
- Perform initial technical screening to validate candidate skills, communication, experience, and project background.
- Identify genuine candidates and evaluate technical fit based on client requirements.
- Market bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients across the USA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and staffing partners.
- Submit candidate and consultant profiles for matching requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, onboarding, and placement activities.




- Negotiate rates, contract terms, and consultant onboarding details.
- Utilize AI-based recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and automation technologies to improve recruitment speed, candidate screening, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain ATS records, submission trackers, vendor databases, and daily activity reports.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to fulfill staffing requirements efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills
- Experience in US IT Staffing, Technical Recruitment, and/or Bench Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies including Applications, Cloud, Data, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to perform technical screening and assess candidate experience.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of visa types including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, and H4 EAD.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience handling both Technical Recruiting and Bench Sales activities.
- Understanding of C2C, W2, and contract staffing models.
- Experience working with prime vendors and implementation partners.
