What you'll do

Train new makeup advisors on product knowledge, shade matching and application technique

Run refreshers on new launches across makeup, skincare and fragrance

Shadow home visits and give advisors hands-on feedback

Uphold our standards on grooming, hygiene and customer care

Who we're looking for

3+ years at a premium or luxury beauty brand, with some experience training or mentoring counter teams

Strong makeup skills, plus working knowledge of skincare and fragrance

Valuable English and Hindi

Patient, warm and confident in front of a group
