Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Education Counsellors / Business Development Executives in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in counselling students about educational programs and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students over phone calls and explain available courses and training programs.
- Understand students' interests and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
- Handle student enquiries and provide information about programs, fees, and benefits.
- Make outbound calls, including cold calls, to generate leads and promote educational programs.
- Follow up with interested students to support admissions and enrolments.
- Maintain student details, lead information, and follow-up records in the CRM system.
- Use social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for student outreach.




- Coordinate with internal teams to improve student engagement and conversions.
- Work towards achieving assigned targets and contribute to team goals.

Required Skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn about educational programs and career opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of computers and social media platforms.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to take initiative.
