Role & responsibilities The Hydraulic Shift Crew is responsible for 247 monitoring and maintenance of hydraulic and lubrication systems across the RHF, Mill, THP area, Finishing Block, HSD, Bar Braking, Cooling Bed, and Finishing areas. Their responsibilities include monitoring hydraulic systems, pumps, cylinders, valves, pipelines, pressures, oil levels, leakage, and lubrication systems. Immediate recruitment is required to restore adequate shift coverage, ensure timely response to hydraulic/lubrication abnormalities and breakdowns, support preventive maintenance, and maintain secure and reliable Bar Mill operation.
