Strategically located between LuLu Mall Kozhikode and Aster MIMS, Kovilakam Residency is a distinguished three-star hotel with a legacy of warm hospitality spanning over two decades. As we continue to elevate the guest experience, we are expanding the team at our full-service bar.

The Opportunity

Kovilakam Residency is building a strong, women-led service team for its bar. Our bar offers an extensive selection of IMFL, FMFL, beer and wine, along with a creative menu of cocktails, mocktails and shooters. If you have experience in premium beverage service, we’d love to hear from you.

Open Roles (6 Positions)

- Waitress / Female Steward: Provide prompt, attentive table service and guide guests through our drinks menu, including our signature cocktails, mocktails and shooters.
- Bar Captain (Male / Female): Supervise floor service, manage guest relations and support the bar management team.

Core Responsibilities

- Deliver warm, professional service to every guest
- Recommend confidently from our spirits, beer, wine, cocktail, mocktail and shooter menu
- Maintain strict hygiene,



cleanliness and safety standards on the floor and behind the bar
- Work smoothly with colleagues at all levels during high-volume service
- Comply fully with liquor laws, age verification and responsible service of alcohol

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Prior experience in a hotel bar, premium pub, lounge or upscale restaurant
- Knowledge: Familiarity with IMFL, FMFL and wine, plus a working knowledge of popular cocktails, mocktails and shooters
- Skills: Excellent communication, a guest-first attitude and the ability to perform in a rapid-paced environment
- Leadership (Bar Captain): Experience with inventory, team supervision and handling guest escalations
