Accountabilities - Facilitate the preparation and management of bankruptcy filings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted within required timelines.

- Oversee debt collection efforts pertaining to accounts under Chapter 13 bankruptcy, adhering to legal guidelines and ethical standards.
