We are looking for an experienced and responsible Bakery Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our BesDay outlet at Njarakkal. The candidate will be responsible for sales, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and overall outlet performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the bakery outlet.

- Supervise and coordinate bakery staff and sales personnel.

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor daily sales, cash handling and billing.

- Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.

- Coordinate with the centralised production unit for product requirements.

- Monitor product quality, freshness, display, and presentation.

- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and operational standards.

- Control wastage, expiry and unnecessary operating expenses.

- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.





- Prepare daily sales and stock reports.

- Drive sales growth through upselling and promotional activities.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.

- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum Plus Two qualification; graduation preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in bakery, retail, supermarket, restaurant or food service operations.

- Previous experience managing a retail outlet or bakery is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of inventory, billing and sales management.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
