Department: Food Production – Bakery & Confectionery

Job Location: Hotel Suba Galaxy, Andheri East.

- Assist the Bakery Chef in daily bakery and confectionery operations.
- Learn to prepare cakes, pastries, breads, cookies and other bakery products.
- Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients as per recipes.
- Help with baking, decorating and presentation of bakery items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery section.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.
- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen requirements.
- Learn the use of bakery equipment and tools.

Eligibility:
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates pursuing or having completed a Hotel Management / Bakery & Confectionery course preferred.
- Basic knowledge of bakery operations will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in a hotel kitchen workplace.

Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
