Role Description The Back Office Executive Technical Sales Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mambalam. This role supports the sales and customer success teams by preparing technical proposals, presentations, and documentation related to Drumbuffer’s digital platform and solutions. Daily activities include coordinating with sales representatives and technical staff, updating CRM or internal systems with lead and opportunity information, and tracking the status of ongoing deals and customer engagements.

The role involves responding to customer queries through email or phone, compiling data for reports, and ensuring accurate and timely communication of product details, pricing, and delivery timelines.





The Back Office

Executive also assists with creating and maintaining knowledge base materials, organizing sales collateral, and supporting internal process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong technical understanding or aptitude related to cloud platforms, AI, IoT, and digital transformation solutions.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, documents, and presentation software) and basic CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare explicit proposals, emails, and internal documentation.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data, information, and follow-ups.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, technical, and operations teams and work on-site in Mambalam.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field; experience in technical sales support or back office operations in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage.

- Willingness to learn about Drumbuffer’s platform components and continuously update knowledge on digital transformation trends.
