We’re hiring: Back-of-House (BOH) Auditor | Mumbai | Full-time

Shaw Hotels & Consultancy Services is looking for a BOH Auditor to join our food safety and hygiene audit team.

If you’re a hotel management graduate who knows what a well-run kitchen looks like, this is your chance to start your career in food safety compliance. You’ll work across hotels, restaurants and food businesses.

What you’ll do

- Conduct back-of-house audits covering kitchen hygiene, food storage, handling practices and FSSAI compliance
- Document findings accurately with photos and explicit observations
- Prepare audit reports and flag non-compliances
- Handle quality checks (QC) on audit reports before they go to clients
- Support the team with other operational tasks as needed

Who we’re looking for

- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management (mandatory)




- Freshers welcome
- FoSTaC certification is a plus. If you don’t have it, we’ll get you certified.
- Sharp eye for detail, honest reporting and good written communication

Work setup

This is a full-time role. You’ll split your time between our office and field audits at client sites.
