We are expanding our Child Care network across Bengaluru and are looking for caring, responsible, patient, and dependable childcare professionals who can provide safe and personalised childcare in the comfort of families' homes.

As a Nanny / Child Care Partner on Maa Nest, you can create your professional profile, choose your preferred service areas, manage your availability, and receive childcare booking requests directly through the Maa Nest app.

You remain in control of which bookings you accept, based on your availability, experience, and suitability for the requested childcare requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide attentive, compassionate, and age-appropriate care to infants, toddlers, and young children.
- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being throughout the booking.
- Assist with feeding, meal routines, and maintaining proper hydration.
- Support bathing, diaper changing, grooming, and other age-appropriate hygiene routines.
- Engage children in educational games, storytelling, reading, and creative activities.
- Support children's daily routines, including naps, playtime, and mealtimes.
- Help children develop good habits, social skills, and age-appropriate independence.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and child-friendly environment.
- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, food preferences, and childcare requirements.
- Communicate relevant updates about the child's activities, meals, and well-being to parents.
- Maintain punctuality, professional communication, and responsible completion of accepted bookings.
- Follow Maa Nest's child safety, privacy, verification, and professional conduct guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants aged 18 years and above.
- Applicants with experience in nanny services, babysitting, childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood care are encouraged to apply.
- Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and young children is an advantage.
- Candidates with qualifications such as NTT, Montessori training, ECCE, B.Ed, or relevant early childhood education backgrounds are welcome.
- Ability to communicate respectfully with children and parents.
- A patient, compassionate, attentive, and responsible approach to childcare.




- Willingness to complete Maa Nest's identity verification and relevant experience or qualification checks.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes in selected service areas across Bengaluru.

Freshers are also welcome to apply, subject to onboarding, verification, training requirements, and suitability for the assigned childcare responsibilities. Child Care Services on Maa Nest

Depending on the professional's experience, approved profile, and family's requirements, bookings may include:

- Infant Care: Supervision, feeding assistance, diaper changing, hygiene, and age-appropriate care for babies.
- Toddler Care: Attentive supervision, playtime, feeding, hygiene, and daily routine assistance.
- Babysitting: Short-duration childcare while parents attend to personal or professional commitments.
- Full-Day Child Care: Extended childcare support for working parents.
- After-School Care: Supervision, snacks, playtime, and assistance with children's daily routines.
- Playtime and Development Activities: Storytelling, drawing, puzzles, creative activities, and age-appropriate learning.
- Meal Assistance: Helping children with meals, snacks, and hydration according to parental instructions.
- Personal Hygiene Assistance: Diaper changing, bathing assistance, grooming, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Overnight Child Care: Eligible longer-duration bookings, subject to available packages and booking rules.

The specific services available depend on the professional's approved profile, experience, and the booking requested. Child Care Partners must always follow parental instructions, age-appropriate safety practices, and Maa Nest's child protection guidelines. They must not undertake medical procedures or administer medication beyond their qualifications and authorisation.

How the Work Model Operates

- Download the Maa Nest app and register as a Child Care Partner.
- Complete your profile and the required onboarding and verification steps.
- Select your preferred working areas across Bengaluru.
- Set your availability according to your schedule.
- Receive childcare booking requests from families through the app.
- Review each request and accept or decline it based on your availability and suitability.
- Visit the family's home and provide the agreed childcare for the booked duration.
- Complete the booking through the app.
- Receive payouts for eligible completed bookings according to Maa Nest's applicable payout terms.

There are no fixed office shifts. You choose when you are available and which suitable bookings you accept.

All Child Care Partners must complete Maa Nest's onboarding and verification process before becoming eligible to receive bookings.

Partners are expected to

- Treat every child with kindness, patience, and respect.
- Prioritise children's safety and well-being at all times.
- Follow parental instructions and agreed childcare routines.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and professional conduct.
- Protect children's photographs, videos, personal information, and family privacy.
- Never leave children unattended during a booking.
- Immediately communicate any safety concerns, injuries, or unusual incidents to parents.
- Follow hygiene, feeding, supervision, and child protection guidelines.
- Decline tasks that are unsafe or outside their competence.

Maa Nest is a technology platform connecting families with independent childcare professionals. It is not a daycare centre, school, hospital, or medical provider.
