We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive specializing in the lighting industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the horeca (hotel, restaurant, and catering) sector, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the lighting sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the horeca industry, building strong relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored lighting solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.




- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lighting or horeca industry.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
