Hiring: B2B Prospect Database & Email Enrichment Executive

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 In-Hand + Applicable Incentives

We are looking for an experienced candidate skilled in large-scale prospect research, business email discovery, data enrichment and verified database management.

Responsibilities:

- Build targeted prospect databases based on industry, location and business requirements.
- Find decision-makers and enrich business contact information.
- Use Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, Clay or similar tools for email discovery and verification.
- Clean, deduplicate, segment and maintain large datasets.
- Support targeted cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Track verified prospects, data accuracy, bounce rates and outreach results.

Requirements:

- 1+ year of B2B Email Lead Generation experience.




- Strong hands-on knowledge of email finding and verification.
- Experience with large prospect databases and spreadsheet management.
- Understanding of cold outreach, suppression lists and privacy requirements.
- Ability to present previous work with explicit performance numbers.
