Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, articulate and professional B2B Outbound Calling Executive with at around 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a polished personality and the ability to communicate professionally with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective business contacts and generate leads as per data provided.
- Communicate professionally with corporate clients over the phone.
- Share relevant company information and fetch online/face to face meetings for our management team.
- Conduct follow-up calls as required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and communication.
- Ensure a professional and courteous approach during every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Around 1 year of experience in B2B outbound calling.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident, articulate and professional telephone etiquette.
- Solid interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with corporate-level professionals.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Outlook and ability to learn CRM Tools.
