Position: B2B Operations Associate

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST

About the RoleTechTrek is looking for an active, smart, proactive, and detail-oriented B2B Operations Associate to manage and coordinate backend operations for our B2B corporate events, including Tech Track events.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple operational responsibilities, coordinating with vendors, managing LinkedIn accounts, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day event-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- LinkedIn Account Management: Manage company LinkedIn accounts, coordinate account activities, maintain engagement, and support event-related outreach.
- Vendor Management: Identify, communicate, coordinate, and maintain relationships with event vendors and service providers.
- Venue Finalization: Research potential venues, compare options, coordinate with venue representatives, and assist with finalizing event locations.
- Event Operations: Handle backend planning,



coordination, and execution activities for B2B corporate events and Tech Track events.
- Account Coordination: Manage vendor accounts, LinkedIn accounts, and other operational platforms required for event management.
- Follow-ups & Communication: Ensure timely follow-ups with vendors, partners, venues, and internal team members.
- Operational Support: Handle daily B2B operational tasks, maintain records, track deliverables, and ensure smooth workflow coordination.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
