Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 technical implementation, troubleshooting and operational support for AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Analyze incidents and problems, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Develop automation scripts, IaC modules and pipelines with appropriate change governance.
- Monitor platform health, performance, security and capacity and recommend proactive improvements.
- Collaborate with architects, SMEs and support teams to resolve escalations and improve service reliability.
