AVP / VP – Private Equity (Healthcare Fund)

About Our Client

Our client is a growing investment management organisation focused on alternative investments, private equity, and portfolio management, with a robust emphasis on identifying high-growth investment opportunities and creating long-term value.

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced AVP / VP – Private Equity to drive investment opportunities within the healthcare sector, manage the end-to-end investment lifecycle, and contribute to the growth of the healthcare investment portfolio.

Role

- Identify, evaluate, and execute private equity investment opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct detailed industry research, market assessment, and financial analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities.
- Lead deal sourcing, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- Evaluate business models, financial performance, growth potential, and investment risks of prospective healthcare companies.
- Work closely with promoters, management teams, advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the investment process.
- Monitor portfolio companies,



track business performance, and support strategic initiatives to drive value creation.
- Develop investment recommendations and present transaction proposals to the investment committee.

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance, preferably with exposure to the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare businesses, industry dynamics, and investment opportunities.
- Experience in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction execution.
- Ability to independently evaluate investment opportunities and prepare investment recommendations.
- Strong analytical, financial, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple investment transactions and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
