Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in Commercial Real Estate, Office Leasing, or Managed Workspace Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end commercial real estate transactions, developing new business opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop current business opportunities for commercial office space solutions.

Source new corporate clients looking for office space.

Understand client requirements and identify suitable commercial properties.

Coordinate property visits and inspections.

Handle commercial negotiations with clients and property owners.

Manage end-to-end transactions from client sourcing to closure.

Facilitate lease agreements, documentation, and transaction-related activities.





Manage and nurture key client accounts.

Build strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, property owners, and business partners.

Develop business through networking and market research.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Office Leasing, Managed Workspaces, or Co-working.

Strong experience in client-facing roles.

Good knowledge of Bengaluru's commercial real estate market.

Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.

Proficiency in English and at least one South Indian language, preferably Kannada.

Robust relationship management and business development skills.

High integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
