What You'll Do

- Collaborates with developers to assess the testability of tasks.
- Participates in feature and regression testing.
- Organizes and maintains test documentation to maintain quality.
- Determines appropriate techniques for testing features, based on best practices, to ensure the proper quality of testing.
- Develops areas of expertise in small components and is recognized as an expert in those components.
- Develops new automated tests in line with the structure of existing tests, and adds enhancements to the test framework/library, when required, under supervision.
- Executes automated tests and analyzes the result.
- Maintains test infrastructure to ensure operability.
- Assistance to developers with bug reproduction and root-cause analysis.
- Informs the team on continuous improvement opportunities to enhance testing processes.
- Tests usability and suggests improvements for features and functionality.
- Assist senior team members in onboarding new hires.

What You'll Bring

- Solid knowledge of the theory of testing and automation
- Solid understanding of software quality control process and SDLC
- Intermediate skill level in multiple test automation frameworks
- Understanding of Web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, JSON
- Experience with the development of End-to-End and API automated tests




- Proficient in writing code in languages used for automated tests using the programming language relevant to the product/stream for automation, e.g.: JavaScript, Typescript, PHP
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated tests using Cypress, Playwright, and/or Robot Framework
- Experience with API testing and associated tools
- Experience working with relational Databases and SQL
- Experience with scripting (bash)
- Proficient in the use of advanced features of browser dev tools
- Experience with Source Control tools (Git)
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Experience with Docker
- Proficient in the use of Windows/macOS/Linux
- Experience with Agile processes
- Nice to have: experience with SDD (Spec Driven Development)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to onboard new team members
- Bachelor's degree and 2- 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience
