We are currently hiring for an Automation Service Engineer

? Location: Pune

? Experience: 4–15 years

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and automate repetitive L1/L2 Run-the-Bank activities
- Design, develop, and maintain production-ready automation solutions
- Integrate automation solutions with monitoring and alerting platforms
- Support incident, problem, resilience, and recovery use cases through automation
- Maintain automation runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Service Engineers, SREs, and BTB teams

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Shell (Bash)
- Hands-on experience with Ansible or equivalent automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix




- Experience integrating automation with monitoring tools
- Understanding of application and middleware operations

Valuable to Have

- Banking or financial services domain experience
- Exposure to resilience, DR, or recovery automation
- Familiarity with CI/CD and API-driven automation
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Experience working in regulated environments and with audit/control requirements
