Currently we are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global logistics and supply chain company, for the position of Automation Engineer in Mumbai position.

We are looking for an Automation Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation implementation and exposure to Manhattan systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing automation solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting successful project execution and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute automation implementation activities for warehouse and supply chain projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, solution design, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Support the installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and deployment of automation solutions.




- Understand operational requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
- Coordinate system integration, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
- Identify implementation challenges and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, implementation reports, and status updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation implementation.
- Exposure to Manhattan systems, preferably Manhattan WMS or related warehouse management solutions.
- Understanding of warehouse automation, system integration, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Criteria

- Candidates with a valid US visa will be preferred.
- Experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, or supply chain technology projects will be an advantage.
- Exposure to international implementation projects or onsite assignments will be beneficial.
