Roles & responsibilities (Work from office - 5 Days working)

- Managing a team of 06 to 10 members

- Ensure all the jobs are being delivered to the clients as per the TAT agreed with the highest level of accuracy.

- Client communication both emails and calling

- Allocation of jobs/ team members/ workflow management

- Smooth onboarding of the recent clients, with trial jobs

- Providing guidelines along with feedback on areas of improvement for the team members

- Coordinate to ensure delivery of reports to the clients/management by schedule.

- Day to day technical support & providing technical training to the team members

- Keeping self-updated as per changes in a taxation law and providing training to the entire team frequently accordingly.

- Peer review of financial statements & tax returns for Australian clients Peer review of GST returns and reconciliation. workpapers for the clients Perform any additional tasks relating to the process assigned by the management.

- Assessment of teams work performance & capacity to complete work in timeline & preparing teams KPI sheet.

Experience Required

- 4 - 6 years (experience in Australian AC & Taxation only)
