Role Description The Audit and Tax Executive will work full time on-site at the Mumbai (Santacruz West) office, supporting statutory and tax audits, tax computations, and compliance assignments.

Responsibilities include reviewing and preparing financial statements, assisting in direct and indirect tax filings, and supporting tax assessments and representations under supervision. The role involves conducting analytical reviews, verifying documentation, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and applicable tax laws. The Executive will collaborate with senior team members to prepare working papers,



reports, and client communication, and will help resolve client queries related to audit and taxation.

The Executive will troubleshoot and support juniors in the team. The position offers hands-on learning in audit, tax planning, and advisory services within a structured and process-driven workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support audit and tax conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills for clear documentation, client interaction, and coordination with internal teams.
- Solid understanding of finance concepts and practical exposure to financial statements and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of auditing procedures and standards, with the ability to assist in planning, execution, and reporting.
- Familiarity with direct and indirect tax laws, compliance requirements, and basic tax structuring concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/tax software; comfort with working in a technology-enabled environment.
- Relevant academic background such as CA (qualified or pursuing), CMA, or a degree in commerce, finance, or accounting.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage timelines and multiple assignments in a professional setting.
