About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven CA Inter / CA Industrial Trainee to support the Operations Control Groip (OCG) function. The role offers significant exposure to retail audits, process reviews, data analytics, control assessments, and audit reporting across multiple business divisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyse the efficiency and effectiveness of audit planning and coverage across retail store locations.

- Perform reconciliation and validation of current, active, and inactive store records between TARS and financial ledgers.

- Analyze audit checklist ratings and generate business insights, trends, and exception reports.

- Maintain and update the Location Master in TARS to ensure data accuracy and completeness.





- Review and analyze Watches L3 SOR audits, identifying control gaps and process improvement opportunities.

- Review Damas audit reports and perform PSV (Post Stock Verification) analysis.

- Conduct audit reviews for Eyecare CFL locations and monitor key audit observations.

- Review process rating reports, identify errors, data inconsistencies, and control deficiencies.

- Prepare audit MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders to obtain data, validate findings, and track closure of audit observations. Role & responsibilities
