Role Description The Asst Manager Land Survey role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kushtagi. The role involves planning and overseeing land survey activities, coordinating field teams, and ensuring accurate measurement, mapping, and documentation of land and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities include supervising survey inspections, reviewing survey data and reports, and supporting project managers in land acquisition, layout planning, and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

- Robust project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver land survey activities within defined timelines.
- Knowledge of stormwater management principles and their application to land development and site planning.
- Team leadership capabilities to supervise survey staff, allocate tasks, and support performance and safety in the field.
- Experience performing and overseeing inspections related to land surveys, site conditions, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Understanding of infrastructure development, including roads, utilities, and drainage systems, and their relationship to land survey outputs.
- Proficiency in survey instruments, GPS, total stations, and related software; familiarity with CAD or GIS tools is an advantage.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Kushtagi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Prior experience in land surveying or real estate/infrastructure projects is preferred.
