Role Summary The Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of OPD and AHC bookings for VIP clients and corporate sponsors, ensuring a seamless and premium healthcare experience. The role involves a mix of on-ground hospital or diagnostic center visits and daily operational support, including outbound coordination calls with customers and healthcare partners. The position requires flexibility, as hospital visit frequency is business-driven and may vary based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage OPD and AHC bookings for VIP clients and corporate sponsors.
- Provide end-to-end on-ground assistance to users at hospitals or diagnostic centers, guiding and supporting them through the entire OPD visit or health checkup process to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience.
- Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments.
- Actively support appointment scheduling through outbound calls to customers, corporate SPOCs, hospitals, and diagnostic centers as part of daily operations.
- Provide in office support at hospitals or health centers as required,



ensuring smooth execution of services and addressing real-time issues.
- Act as a single point of contact for VIP clients, managing queries, rescheduling requests, and escalations across calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
- Support normal operations during non-visit days, including outbound calling, coordination, follow-ups, and internal task management based on business requirements.
- Understand that hospital and clinic visits are demand-driven and may occur daily or less frequently depending on workflow; visit frequency is not fixed and depends on operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all appointments, visits, outbound calls, and client communications in CRM systems.
- Work closely with internal teams (Customer Support, Account Management, Tech) to resolve issues and continuously enhance client experience.
- Ensure high service quality and adherence to Visit Healths standards, SLAs, and service protocols.
- Professionally represent Visit Health during all interactions, including calls, emails, and in-person hospital visits.
