- Instruction:

Deliver lectures, conduct laboratory and practical sessions for B.Pharm, M.Pharm students.

- Research &

- Innovation:

Lead independent or team-oriented research projects, guide doctoral (Ph.D.) and post-graduate scholars, and secure research grants.

- Publications: Regularly publish original research papers and review articles in peer-reviewed, Scopus-indexed, or Web of Science journals.

- Curriculum Development: Update course materials, design syllabus modules in specialized areas (e.g., Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy), and improve pedagogical tools.

- Mentorship &

- Evaluation:

Supervise student projects,



mentor junior faculty/teaching assistants, and handle internal assessments, exams, and viva-voce evaluations.

- Administrative &

- Departmental Service:

Serve on institutional committees (e.g., IQAC, research boards, exam cells), coordinate accreditation (PCI, NAAC, NBA), and organize academic events or workshops.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
