Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Product Manager to join our growing product team. This role is an excellent chance for an aspiring product leader to contribute to the development and launch of innovative products.

The Associate Product

Manager will support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify market opportunities and user needs.

- Support the definition of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging product experiences.

- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle,



participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.

- Help manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with the overall product roadmap.

- Assist in analyzing product performance data, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.

- Prepare and deliver presentations on product updates, features, and performance to internal stakeholders.

- Support product launch activities, including developing internal training materials and working with marketing on external communications.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management processes and methodologies.

- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
