Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in Kochi for an Associate/Professor in Management . The individual will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing curriculum and course materials, mentoring students, and engaging in research activities. Additionally, the individual will participate in departmental meetings, collaborate on academic projects, and stay updated with advancements in their field of expertise.

Qualifications

- PhD in Management
- MBA
- Should be able to generate admissions and placements
- Experience in academic teaching and curriculum development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and advise students
- Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and advancements
- Previous teaching experience at the university level is preferred
