✅ Market Research: Research residential and commercial projects, property prices, competitors, emerging locations, and market trends

✅ Project Listing & Data Collection: Visit project sites and collect information about pricing, configurations, amenities, availability, and possession timelines

✅ Client Relationship Management: Connect with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and coordinate property visits

.

✅ Sales & Deal Closures: Follow up with prospects, coordinate negotiations, and assist in successfully closing property transactions

.

✅ Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and help expand Dazzle Space’s presence across Kolkata
