Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer FDE to work directly with customers to identify business challenges shape AI opportunities and design build and deploy enterprisegrade solutions powered by Claude Agentic AI and modern AI platforms The role combines consulting solution engineering rapid prototyping and customer engagement to accelerate AI adoption and business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Partner with customers to understand business priorities and identify highvalue AI use cases

Lead discovery workshops solution shaping sessions PoCs and pilot implementations

Design and develop Claudepowered AI applications workflows and agentic solutions

Build enterprise knowledge assistants autonomous agents copilots and workflow automations

Implement model evaluation prompt engineering inference optimization and AI governance frameworks

Collaborate with account teams to convert opportunities into scalable engagements

Create reusable solution accelerators reference architectures and industryspecific assets

Support customer adoption through technical guidance architecture reviews and best practices

Required Skills





12 years of software engineering experience with minimum of 1 years experience in building AI solutions AI agents AI skills using Claude

Experience building Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs

Handson experience with Claude OpenAI Gemini or equivalent LLM platforms

Strong proficiency in Python APIs orchestration frameworks and cloudnative development

Experience with RAG vector databases prompt engineering and AI application development

Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns security and Responsible AI practices

Ability to engage directly with customers and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Skills

Experience with Claude Code and AIassisted software engineering practices

Exposure to Amazon Bedrock Azure AI Foundry Google Vertex AI LangGraph MCP or similar AI ecosystems

Experience developing enterprise knowledge management search and agentic workflow solutions

Consulting architecture or customerfacing delivery experience

Success Measures

PoCs and pilots converted into funded engagements

AI solution adoption and business impact delivered for customers

Reusable assets and accelerators created for scale

Reduced timetovalue for customer AI initiatives

Contribution to demand generation chance shaping and revenue growth
