Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager for our People Practice team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the entire HR process, with a focus on employee engagement and employee relations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage HR generalist functions while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the entire HR process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
- Conduct regular assessments of employee engagement levels and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Onboarding & induction
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics to track performance and engagement.
- Support performance management processes,



including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong understanding of the entire HR process.
- Proven experience in employee engagement and employee relations.
- HR generalist experience with a focus on people practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and relations.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
