Responsibilities

- May prepare and complete IRS Forms SS-4 (Application for Employer Identification Number)
- Organizing and drafting IRS Forms 8832 (Entity Classification Election)
- Registering client entities on the IRS FATCA Registration System to obtain Global Intermediary Identification Numbers (GIINs) & the Cayman DITC Portal




- Monitoring co-sourcing client in-boxes
- Corresponding with clients investors to solicit Forms W-9, W-8, and CRS self-certifications
- Maintaining detailed trackers of contact with investors and their statuses
- Attending trainings and maintaining knowledge of FATCA, CRS, and related GIR topics
- Performing special projects as required and any other duties assigned

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

- Any post graduate degree.
- At least 2 years of accounting work experience.
- Ability to work in a team workplace as well as independently.
- Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise.
- Proficient use of applicable technology.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
